Kids & Youth

We believe that God has entrusted parents with very precious cargo. The mission of Gospel Church is to disciple and equip our future generation to reach the nations for Christ.

Children in the Service

“Did he not make them one, with a portion of the Spirit in their union? And what was the one God seeking? Godly offspring…” Malachi 2:15

Our children are potent weapons for the glory of God. Scripture teaches us that God intends us to raise our children up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). As such, it is essential to keep them in the Sunday Service with their parents in the regular gathering of the saints. The church service is for all of God’s people, even His most precious little ones, who are being shaped and prepared by the weekly rhythms of worship alongside the rest. As Jesus says, ‘Let the little children come to me…’ Matthew 19:14.

Since the 1940s, churches have decided to segregate their children from the worship and teaching of the regular Sunday gathering. While it may seem the ‘normal’ Christian approach, we believe it to be a modern abnormality.
